At AAMazing Mangos, we take pride in delivering premium-quality, farm-fresh mangoes. Since our products are perishable in nature, we currently do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and shipped.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive mangoes that are damaged, spoiled, or significantly different from your order, you may request an exchange through our customer support team.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Clear pictures or videos of the product must be provided for verification
• The order number or proof of purchase is required
• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• Products must remain unused and in their original packaging as much as possible

Non-Refundable Policy

Please note:

• We do not offer cash refunds or returns for change of mind
• Naturally ripening mangoes may arrive slightly green and are not considered damaged products
• Minor variations in size, color, or ripeness are natural for fresh fruit and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges

Exchange Process

If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support team with your Order ID
• Share clear images/videos of the received product
• Our team will review and verify the request
• Once approved, the replacement process will be initiated

Approved exchanges are typically processed within 7–10 working days, depending on product availability and delivery location.

At AAMazing Mangos, our fruits are naturally ripened and free from harmful chemicals or artificial ripening agents.

To maintain freshness during transit, mangoes may arrive slightly firm or green. For the best experience:

• Check the recommended opening date mentioned on the box
• Store the mangoes at room temperature
• Allow 2–3 additional days for ripening if needed
• Once the mangoes develop a sweet aroma and soften naturally, they are ready to enjoy
